Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves analyzing business processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to the development of efficient solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analytics and experience working in diverse project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and document business functions and processes.
• Analyze integration of business functions with technology.
• Maintain expertise in accounting, procurement, finance, or contract management.
• Assist in developing business cases and process reengineering.
• Collaborate with management to identify business needs and objectives.
• Recommend new processes for operational efficiency.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses.
• Develop project work plans and timelines.
• Prepare ITB, RFI, RFR, RFP documents; familiarize with state procurement laws.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 9 years in Business Analytics, including creating requirements and design documents, and facilitating meetings with business partners.
• Proficiency in analyzing processes and integrating technology. Knowledge of accounting, procurement, finance, or contract management is essential.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in project management using methodologies such as Waterfall, DevOps, Agile.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).
• Ability to write User Stories with acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with Business Process Re-engineering (BPR).
• Proficiency with Jira and testing systems like Jama/Zephyr.
• PMI-PBA or CBAP.
