We are seeking a reliable and experienced Regional/OTR Reefer Driver to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional driver who values consistency, strong communication, and a company that invests in its people. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL-A driving experience.
• Experience with reefer freight strongly preferred.
• Clean MVR and strong safety record.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly.
• Must pass required background checks and drug screening.

Compensation & Benefits

• Percentage Pay:
• • Starting at 22% , increasing up to 30% based on performance and experience.
• Sign-On Bonus:
• • $4,000–$6,000 based on experience and clean MVR.
• Annual Bonuses:
• • Up to $8,000 per year, distributed throughout the year.
• Referral Bonus:
• • $500 for each qualified driver referral.
• Consistent freight and miles.
• Supportive dispatch and operational team.
