Role Description

Join our team as a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist! We're on the lookout for a driven and dynamic individual to play a pivotal role in our growth. As a key member, you'll be responsible for managing and closing both inbound and outbound real estate leads, focusing exclusively on residential sellers. Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in real estate sales
- Strong background in customer service and sales
- Knowledgeable about real estate principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Highly motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Effective multitasker with strong prioritization skills
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is advantageous

Compensation

- Base salary: $20 per hour
- Commission: $2,000 per completed sale
- Two-week trial period with commission-based compensation
- Successful trial candidates may be offered a full-time position

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 40 per week
