Project Manager

Because of our growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Preconstruction Manager or Estimator with experience in pre-construction or estimating, to lead and manage commercial and healthcare construction projects. The Preconstruction Manager or Estimator will play a critical role in the early stages of our projects, overseeing planning, budgeting, and coordination to ensure seamless project execution. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a proven track record with Class A Interior Fit Outs and Ground Up Construction Projects. Responsibilities -Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to define project scope and goals.-Develop comprehensive project estimates and budgets.
-Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
-Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, soliciting and analyzing bids.
-Prepare project schedules and coordinate preconstruction activities.
-Provide value engineering solutions to optimize project costs and performance.
-Oversee permit acquisition and ensure compliance with local regulations.
-Support the transition from preconstruction to construction phases.
Qualifications -5+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or project management within the commercial construction industry.-Proven experience with Class A Interior Fit Outs and Ground Up Construction Projects.
-Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
-Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
-Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
-Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
