Role: Project Manager

Location: Lexington, KY- Hybrid

Temp-to-Perm

Rate: $30-40/hr DOE

Clutch is looking for a Junior Project Manager with healthcare agency experience for a client of ours.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute multichannel campaigns.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including status updates.
• Prepare reports for clients and communicate directly with stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and tools.
• Experience with scope of work and streamlining processes.
• Ability to communicate with all departments.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar.
• Previous experience in an advertising or marketing agency setting.
• Strong organizational, time management, budgeting, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management tools.
• 3-5 years of similar project management experience, communicating directly with clients and teams.
• Experience with food & beverage, spirits, or CPG industries a plus!
• Proficiency in written communications required.
• Previous experience with vendor management.
