Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
As a Safety Manager at WxTite, will be responsible for overseeing safety programs and promoting a safe work environment across multiple locations within the region. This role ensures the health and safety of employees, clients, trade partners, and the public by driving compliance with OSHA standards and company policies. You will work closely with both field teams and company leadership to foster a strong safety culture and proactively manage risk.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead and enforce site-specific safety programs
· Conduct safety orientations, training, and toolbox talks with employees and subcontractors.
· Perform regular site inspections to identify and address hazards.
· Ensure OSHA and local regulatory compliance.
· Investigate incidents and near-misses; manage follow-up and reporting.
· Collaborate with project managers and trade partners to uphold safety standards.
· Maintain accurate safety documentation and assist with workers’ comp cases as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience in a safety-focused role (construction or manufacturing).
· Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
· CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain.
· Strong leadership and organization skills.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
