Starting pay: $21/hr+ DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain weekly project profit and loss (P&L) reports.
• Accurately code fuel charges, timesheets, materials, subcontractor/vendor invoices, and expense reports.
• Submit project billing to Accounts Receivable to ensure timely client invoicing.
• Track project costs to monitor profitability and identify variances.
• Assist in creating and maintaining red-line/as-built drawings from project progress reports.
• Coordinate and track required project permits, following up with vendors and stakeholders as needed.
• Provide administrative and organizational support to the project management and construction teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination, project accounting, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Outlook required).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, with experience creating red-line or as-built drawings preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
