Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of a dynamic environment supporting various manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical inclination, a commitment to quality, and the ability to learn quickly, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Weidman, MI

Pay Range: $18.50 to $20 an hour - depending on shift

Shift:  
1st shift - 6:30 am to 5 pm (Monday thru Thursday)
3rd shift - 8 pm to 6:30 am (Sunday thru Wednesday)

What's Needed?

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and provide proof. REQUIRED
• Ability to pass a background and drug screening as per client requirements.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have good attendance habits.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Mechanical inclination
• REQUIRED prior manufacturing experience
• Press Brake Experience
• Assembly experience

What's the Job?

• Perform welding and assembly tasks with precision and care.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production.
• Operate various machines and tools, including buffing and grinding equipment.
• Apply knowledge of refrigeration and electrical systems as needed.
• Utilize basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
