Summary:The Product Delivery Manager - Card Products develops and implements the strategic direction, which integrates with corporate strategy, for a product group or geographic region.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Lead components of the multi-year Card roadmap
+ Develops a thorough knowledge of card products and become a subject matter expert on card products - may include Debit, Credit, Digital Issuance or other Card Based product enhancements
+ Collaborate with key stakeholders and business partners to ensure alignment
+ Leads a team of Card Product Managers aligned to technical teams
+ Partners with our internal Technology/Ops and the Digital teams on execution
+ Define, report and analyze Card service KPI's that tie to the business case (e.g. service requests, digital adoption, customer experience / satisfaction, etc.)
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
+ 7+ years of product management experience
+ 5+ years of product delivery experience
+ Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Master's degree
+ Experience with and a strong understanding of consumer lending, overdraft income management or credit risk
+ Proven analytical ability (data mining/manipulation, forecasting)
+ Must have the appropriate financial management experience and analytical capability to translate hard data into strategic plans
+ Demonstrated ability to quickly analyze situations and risks, determine paths of action, and execute flawlessly
+ Experience in project planning and management, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
+ Excellent skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
+ Candid and concise communication skills
+ Excellent executive-level presentation skills
+ Must be savvy and passionate about driving results and innovation
+ Experience with technical implementations involving one or more vendor partners
+ Experience evaluating Third Party capabilities and organizational fit
+ Experience with Agile teams and ceremonies

Compensation Range:
$102,000.00 - $208,000 Annual Salary
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
