Responsibilities:

Deliver compassionate care to adult patients who rely on ventilator and tracheostomy support within the comfort of their residences
Demonstrate expertise in the proficient management of G-tubes to ensure the overall well-being of patients under your care
Respond promptly and with utmost care to any seizure episodes, ensuring the patients receive proper attention and assistance
Maintain precise control over oxygen levels for patients requiring respiratory support
Accurately administer medications and therapies to aid patients on their path to recovery

Qualifications:

Eligibility for the Private Duty LVN/RN Nurse position in North Houston requires an active LPN license specific to the state of practice.
A minimum of years of experience in a setting is this role. Proficiency in accurate documentation of medical records is a critical requirement.
Strong communication skills are essential interacting with patients and the healthcare team.
