Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate care to adult patients who rely on ventilator and tracheostomy support within the comfort of their residences
• Demonstrate expertise in the proficient management of G-tubes to ensure the overall well-being of patients under your care
• Respond promptly and with utmost care to any seizure episodes, ensuring the patients receive proper attention and assistance
• Maintain precise control over oxygen levels for patients requiring respiratory support
• Accurately administer medications and therapies to aid patients on their path to recovery

Qualifications:

• Eligibility for the Private Duty LVN/RN Nurse position in North Houston requires an active LPN license specific to the state of practice.
• A minimum of years of experience in a setting is this role. Proficiency in accurate documentation of medical records is a critical requirement.
• Strong communication skills are essential interacting with patients and the healthcare team.
