Korzen Health is working with the partnership of Healogics to find a Post Acute Nurse Practitioner. We are looking to add an experienced NP to cover local SNFs 2 days per week. Procedure experience within the last 2 years IS required. For example: sutures central lines intubations and anything that would be very specialized.
This is a part time 2 days/week position flexible hours. PostAcute Care wound care program located in Danville KY market. This is 100% wound care position. 52 hours of paid training included.
This is a mobile position. We have 2 days of work in Danville KY market area. You will be traveling to skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) to provide wound care to patients.
