We are hiring a cross-functional Platform Administrator Enterprise Web Stack to support the configuration, operations, and technical upkeep of the platforms powering our enterprise web experience. This role requires a systems-oriented thinker who can manage multiple SaaS tools across content management, documentation, training, community, and identity platforms. You'll serve as a super admin across environments, support platform upgrades, troubleshoot support issues, and collaborate closely with infrastructure, content, and engineering teams to maintain platform stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as super admin across CMS, asset management, documentation, learning, and community platforms

  • Perform platform configurations such as user roles, group management, metadata/tag structures, and UI settings

  • Coordinate and execute platform upgrades, patch rollouts, and certificate renewals in coordination with IT

  • Respond to and triage (within acceptable SLA) Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets from internal users, stakeholders, as well as external users of the website.

  • Collaborate with DevOps and integration engineers on SSO, permission mapping, and service availability

  • Maintain audit logs and access permissions, ensuring compliance with security and IT policy

  • Validate publishing workflows and assist business users with access or configuration-related issues

  • Monitor platform health, perform routine checks, and escalate issues to vendor support as needed

  • Maintain configuration documentation, system diagrams, and admin knowledge base

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor within the US market. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance. $ 91.8k - $ 132.9k USD

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience working in web enterprise applications, or performing enterprise web application support operations + STEM related Bachelor's Degree (e.g., computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, etc.)

  • Hands-on experience managing user roles, groups, settings, and configurations in multi-platform environments

  • Familiarity with web content management systems (e.g., Drupal or equivalent), structured content portals, learning systems, and/or digital communities

  • Understanding of authentication and access control mechanisms (SSO, OIDC/SAML, group/role mapping)

  • Ability to triage support tickets and work cross-functionally with IT, business, and vendor teams

  • Proven ability to learn and be comfortable operating different enterprise applications

  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills

  • Comfort working in Agile workflows with tools like Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow

Experience with Docebo, Khoros, Fluid Topics, and/or other CMS, Community Management Platforms, Learning Management Platforms, or other Content Delivery Platforms is a plus. Experience administering complex SaaS platforms integrated with identity providers or enterprise CRM. Working knowledge of certificate management, platform uptime monitoring, and incident response. Familiarity with structured content publishing workflows (DITA), metadata schemes, or taxonomy management.
