The Recruiter should have experience and be comfortable with sourcing Nurses and Physicians. This person will be an integral member of our Recruitment team and will be responsible for supporting Full desk responsibilities. This individual will develop candidate pipelines for clinical roles and must be capable of generating results in a fast paced environment. This role will be directly responsible full-cycle recruiting as well as managing recruitment special projects. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to be creative and proactive in their approach to identifying top level talent.
- Act as a consultative, recruitment subject matter expert by applying best practices for full recruitment lifecycle and strategic talent acquisition
- Facilitate the end to end recruitment process; including recruit/source, interview, selection and on-boarding of new hires
- Demonstrate ability to attract, influence and convert hard to find passive talent
- Conduct in-depth screens and assess potential candidates for level of interest, qualifications and compensation
- Use innovative sourcing and marketing/branding techniques to engage both active and passive candidates for hard to fill positions
- Develop a broad professional network of top talent through existing resources and through new resources developed by the role
- Partner with team of full cycle Recruiters to support in fulfilling open requisitions and step in to cover and manage their desk as needed
- Assist and manage specialty projects for Recruitment department as assigned
Additional Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of full cycle recruiting/sourcing experience
1+ years of agency staffing experience is a strong plus
Strong customer service skills with strong written and verbal communication
Proven ability and experience in relationship building with management and candidates
Strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience in planning and organizing job fairs, networking events and mixers
Must be extremely organized and have the ability to multi-task

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
