Our client, a top teaching hospital in New York City, is hiring a Physician Assistant (PA), Primary Care for Psychiatry Department .
Responsibilities:
Provide primary care to a psychiatric population
Provide medical care for inpatient services in the Behavioral Health Department
Work closely with psychiatric residents and attendings to provide medical care to a diverse patient population
Provides medical coverage in CPEP as needed
Requirements:
Current New York State registration as a Physician Assistant
Current New York State Physician Assistant License
Current certification issues by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
Experience or training in Psychiatry preferred
