The teacher will serve as the Assistant Athletic Director, as well as plan, organize, and implement an appropriate instructional program for students from K to 8th grade. The Physical Education teacher will perform all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami. Salary is commensurate with certification and years of experience. Qualifications: BS / BA Degree in Education. Florida Department of Education teaching certificate in Physical Education, temporary or professional required. Effective managerial skills to serve as Assistant Athletic Director and guide athletic coaches. Effective collaboration with administration, teachers, parents, team coaches and students. Experience as an Athletic Director is preferred. Strong instructional strategies. Excellent oral and written English communication skills. Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
