Personal Shopper – Sam’s Club Join to apply for the Personal Shopper role at Sam’s Club. Base pay range: $17.00/hr – $24.00/hr. Job Summary This role supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals. The position also maintains safety of the facility following all safety standards and procedures. Responsibilities Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals. Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following Company steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management. Fulfills Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise to meet Member needs. Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback. Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Walmart or Sam’s Club processes. Knowledge of Amazon FBA or similar fulfillment systems. Benefits Health benefits include medical, vision, and dental coverage. Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
