Center Medical Director - Primary Care Outpatient -Cleveland, OH
COMPENSATION: $280,000-$300,000+ Bonus' Total comp. well over $300,000

Transportation is provided to patients that need it at no charge.
Clinic offers:
Inhouse Consulting Specialist: Cardiology, Podiatry and more
Holistic Health Services: Acupuncture, Tai Chi, Yoga and Nutrition
Door to Door Transportation for our patients (Uber/Lyft)
Responsibilities
Salary: Base $280,000-$300,000
Hours: Monday - Friday work schedule; Clinic Hours 7:30a - 5:00p (last patient is scheduled at 4:15
Work/Life Balance
Small Patient Panel - 60-90 patients' max
Manage PCP's and NP's
Patient Population: Seniors with 3-5 chronic diseases
Value Based Care
Qualifications
Board Certified/Board Eligible in: FM, IM or Geriatric Medicine
MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty.
At least 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting. Leadership experience preference
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally.
Active unencumbered Ohio MD or DO license
