Job description
The Home Health RN is responsible for overseeing their schedule and ensuring visits are completed in a timely manner to ensure client receives the best care possible. These visits typically consist of tasks such as medication set-up, skilled wound cares, catheter cares and other skilled nursing services as well as ensuring documentation is completed in a timely and thorough manner. Training provided for any areas of unfamiliarity. An ideal candidate will be flexible, eager to learn, organized, and attentive to details. New grads welcome!

What you will be responsible for:
Assessing Veterans.
Scheduling visits with clients and maintaining schedule.
Completing in home skilled nursing services
Ensure all proper charting is completed in a timely and thorough manner.
