Overview Part-time Tutor role at Huntington Learning Center. Seeking the best, most talented teachers (subjects - Reading, Writing, Math, Science) to help students prepare for academic success. Since 1977, Huntington has supported students through its instructional programs and dedicated professionals. Responsibilities Work with students in a 1 to 1 setting, or in small groups up to 4. No lesson plans to write or homework assignments to grade. Maintain flexible part-time hours (afternoon, evening, weekend). Provide high-quality tutoring to help students succeed. Participate in professional development opportunities. Qualifications 4-year degree required (no exceptions unless within months of graduation). Certification/license a plus. All experience levels are welcome – recent grads, current teachers, and retired professionals. Expertise in middle school math preferred; proficiency in AP/college level math is a plus.
