Job Description: About the Role: The Packer role at the Hanover location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
- Grab Pretzel bags off the packing table and place them inside the box
- Tape the box and send it through the case labeler
- Stack
- Clean work area
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Other duties as assigned
Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on Crew 3 (12 hours), which operates from 7:00P to 7:00A every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Saturday, OT as needed
. Hourly rate is $20.50 About You: You'll fit right in if you have:
- Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
- Experience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus
- The ability to work overtime and weekends
