Flexibility + Fast Ramp-Up: Whether you just love General Ortho or are focused on Hand, Foot & Ankle, Spine, or Joints - we have a strong need and the patient volume to support your success. Work-Life Balance & Support: Clinic + OR Balance: 2-2.5 days/week in the OR; roughly 50/50 split between OR and clinic. Efficient Workflows: Elective cases handled at a nearby dedicated center known for speed and efficiency. Call Support: Just 3-4 call shifts/month + 1 weekend every 2-3 months; trauma colleagues handle most calls. Call Pay: $1,600 per night Compensation & Benefits: Lucrative Base Salary: Starting salary depending on subspecialty + wRVUs.
