The specialist cultivates strategic partnerships with staff and leaders to develop trust, confidence, and credibility. Licensure Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Facilitator and DDI Facilitator Preferred. Education Master's Degree in Management, Education, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communication, or a Related Field Required. Doctorate in Education or Psychology Preferred.
