Desert View Care Center, a 5-star, 57-bed skilled nursing facility in Buhl, ID is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Home Administrator to lead our skilled nursing team. What You'll DoOversee all day-to-day operations of the facility to ensure alignment with long-term goals and our mission
Foster a positive, collaborative culture for both residents and staff - making Desert View a great place to live and work
Lead and coordinate clinical, managerial, and custodial teams to work seamlessly together
Recruit, develop, and when necessary, separate team members at all levels
Maintain full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Partner closely with clinical staff to ensure individualized care plans are followed
Provide ongoing training to maintain safety and regulatory compliance
Develop and manage budgets to support sustainable operations
Serve as the public face of the facility, representing Desert View to families, the community, the governing board, and staff

Current State NHA license in good standing
1+ year of successful SNF Administrator experience preferred
Strong attention to detail, particularly in financial management
Bachelor's degree required (Healthcare Administration strongly preferred)
