Desert View Care Center, a 5-star, 57-bed skilled nursing facility in Buhl, ID is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Home Administrator to lead our skilled nursing team. • Oversee all day-to-day operations of the facility to ensure alignment with long-term goals and our mission

• Foster a positive, collaborative culture for both residents and staff - making Desert View a great place to live and work

• Lead and coordinate clinical, managerial, and custodial teams to work seamlessly together

• Recruit, develop, and when necessary, separate team members at all levels

• Maintain full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

• Partner closely with clinical staff to ensure individualized care plans are followed

• Provide ongoing training to maintain safety and regulatory compliance

• Develop and manage budgets to support sustainable operations

• Serve as the public face of the facility, representing Desert View to families, the community, the governing board, and staff

• Current State NHA license in good standing

• 1+ year of successful SNF Administrator experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail, particularly in financial management

• Bachelor's degree required (Healthcare Administration strongly preferred)
