Job Title: Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver

Job Description: We are currently seeking reliable and compassionate individuals to join our team as Non-Emergency Transportation Drivers. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting clients to and from medical appointments, rehabilitation centers, and other destinations as needed. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our clients during their transportation experience.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a non-emergency transportation vehicle to transport clients to scheduled appointments.
• Assist clients with boarding and exiting the vehicle, including securing mobility aids such as wheelchairs or walkers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the comfort and well-being of clients throughout the transportation process.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving and maintain a clean driving record.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and healthcare professionals as needed.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, trip logs, and client information.

Requirements:

• We require a safe driving record, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) 39-month drive record (required)
• Previous experience in transportation services, preferably in non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Arizona roadways and traffic regulations.
• Ability to provide assistance to clients with mobility challenges.
• Flexibility in working hours.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• CPR and First Aid certification
