The Mortgage Loan Closer will be responsible to reconcile all of the closing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance to any applicable company and/or regulatory requirements. The incumbent will be responsible for working closely to the loan transaction and with internal associates, title companies and other external parties. This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm in Bryn Mawr, PA. Job responsibilities: Responsible for accurate preparation of the Closing Disclosures. Assemble, prepare, and verify the closing documents for mortgage loans. Manage the closing pipeline and ensure that all deadlines are met. Accountabilities will include but are not limited to, the quality and accuracy of all work performed, meeting production standards and adhering to all applicable timelines, company and regulatory requirements. Responsible for meeting strict closing deadlines. Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required. Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred. Previous mortgage processing or closing experience is preferred. Must have previous customer service experience. Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements is strongly preferred. Must have a proven track record of dependability and the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be proficient in using Windows and Microsoft Office products. Must be able to work in a deadline driven environment Must be able to work under aggressive time constraints and have a proven track record of dependability and attendance. Salary Range: $41,258.00 - $67,780.25Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate’s experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs. In addition to base salary, WSFS Financial Corporation (WSFS) and its subsidiaries may offer eligible Associates discretionary and formula-based incentive and retention awards.
