Job description

We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team through the execution of a variety of projects. This individual will be successful if he/she can excel and adapt in a variety of roles. The candidate will assist in the creation and distribution of marketing deliverables for both traditional and digital marketing channels. The marketing coordinator will work with the marketing team to assist in the design, implementation, and tracking of new and existing marketing programs and campaigns. The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, have an eye for detail, and be able to successfully work with multiple deadlines. A successful candidate will have a strong desire to learn and develop their own skills while in this position. This position is a full-time, salaried position located in our support office in Dallas, TX and will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Core responsibilities include:
  • Work with marketing team to assist in the design, implementation, and tracking of high quality content that is integrated and aligned across web, social, print, and email channels
  • Manage the online reputation of all affiliated dental practices
  • Respond and interact with the public on multiple online platforms
  • Copy edit, proofread and ensure quality of all patient facing communications
  • Publish content to websites and social media channels
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting key metrics
  • Assist with on-site event preparation and logistics, as needed

Requirements:
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Strong administrative and time management skills
  • Must be extremely detail oriented
  • Overall knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and advertising strategies
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc)
