Manager of Organizational Development We are actively seeking a Manager of Organizational Development to join our team, tasked with cultivating a robust learning and development environment across multiple sites. This role is crucial in structuring, implementing, and sustaining processes that develop core competencies and leadership skills vital for our business's continuous evolution and success. As the expert in leadership and professional growth, the incumbent will ensure that all employees are empowered and aligned with our strategic objectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Salary: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop infrastructure and processes for leadership development, skills training, apprenticeships, internships, and flexible labor utilization. Lead a company-wide Talent Management process, enhancing strategic development and planning. Collaborate with Corporate and Manufacturing teams to pinpoint development needs and implement appropriate training initiatives. Design, create, and execute innovative methods to educate, enhance performance, and recognize achievements. Provide consultation on performance, organizational concerns, and leadership development. Conduct needs assessments to determine measures needed to enhance job performance and company goals. Propose and direct training programs and objectives aligned with company priorities, both immediate and long-term. Develop HR training programs for managerial staff and team members, focusing on performance evaluation and outcome measurement. Manage the training budget effectively while ensuring the cost-effectiveness and impact of training investments. Support the embedding of the organization's cultural and philosophical values through various initiatives and practices. Work collaboratively within the management team and HR group to drive organizational goals. Minimum Position Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Leadership Development, or Organizational Training and Development. Over 8-10 years of experience in organizational development and training. A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing organizational change. Experience in both corporate and manufacturing settings is highly beneficial. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in a relevant field. Certifications in HR or Organizational Development such as SHRM, ATD or similar. Proven track record in developing high impact learning programs within similar industry settings. Experience with digital and remote learning systems. Skills: Excellent capability to foster motivation and engagement through training techniques. Strong strategic and analytical skills to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven ability to manage relationships across all levels of an organization. Demonstrated business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of the organizational impact of training and development.
