As a Machine Setup Operator-Level 1 here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our machining processes run efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality standards, while optimizing production schedules. The hourly range for this position is $45,760 ($22/hr) - $48,880 ($23.5/hr). Please note that this compensation information serves as a general guideline. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up machines according to specifications and ensure proper alignment and calibration.
Adjust machine settings to achieve desired output and quality.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal operation.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machines.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during machine operation.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production.
YOU MUST HAVE
Strong technical skills and ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Attention to detail and ability to perform precise adjustments.
Basic understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
