Position Title:  Machine Operator Assistant

Wage: $18.00 per hour

Shift: 1st,  2nd, 3rd

Hours: 6:00am-2:00pm; 2:00pm-10:00pm; 10:00pm-6:00am

QPS Employment Group is hiring a Machine Operator Assistant for a company in Franksville, WI. This is a 1st, 2nd, and, 3rd shift position with the opportunity for hire.

Machine Operator Assistant Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Set-up rails, print stations, folding, gluing, and/or die cut section on the equipment.
- Inspect all tooling before and after run to ensure that any necessary repairs are made before the next run.
- Inspect anilox rolls for damage before and after each run.
- Monitor and check quality in accordance with the shop copy.
- Properly operate machines to run efficiently and produce quality products.
- Separate corrugated onto the pallets.

Machine Operator Assistant Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for 8+ hours a day.
- Must be able to bend and twist. 
- Must be able to push up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred. 
- Prior work experience in the corrugated industry preferred.
- 6 months of experience as an operator assistant.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
