Job Title: Logistics Dispatcher

Job Responsibilities:

Route Planning:

• Assist in planning and optimizing delivery routes for drivers to ensure timely and costeffective deliveries.
• Collaborate with drivers and other team members to enhance route efficiency.

• Coordinate and communicate with drivers to assign pickup and delivery tasks.
• Monitor the progress of deliveries and address any issues that may arise during transit.

• Maintain clear and effective communication channels with drivers clients and internal teams.
• Provide updates on delivery status and any potential delays.

• Proactively identify and address logistical challenges to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with team members to find solutions to unexpected issues.

• Maintain accurate records of shipments routes and delivery schedules.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately.

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Work closely with the customer service team to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

• Adhere to transportation regulations and company policies.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed by drivers and address any violations promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in logistics software.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the logistics industry.
