We areseeking an experienced Locums Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner toprovide comprehensive wound care services in an outpatient clinic setting inBatavia, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be skilled in evaluating, treating, andmanaging a wide range of acute and chronic wounds while educating patients andfamilies on proper care techniques. This role offers a consistent weekdayschedule with flexibility for partial weekly availability.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic wounds in an outpatient setting.
• Perform wound treatments including debridement, incision and drainage, topical therapies, Unna Boot application, negative-pressure wound therapy, and post-surgical incision management.
• Manage and treat vascular, pressure, diabetic, traumatic, surgical, and non-healing wounds.
• Provide patient and caregiver education on wound care, dressing techniques, and ulcer prevention.
• Implement preventative measures to reduce skin breakdown and ulcer incidence.
• Supervise Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) as needed.

• Pilonidal cysts

• Bioengineered skin applications
• Debridement
• Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT)

Qualifications

• Active Ohio PA or NP license
• BLS required
• ACLS preferred, especially for HBO supervision
