The Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT) position offers therapists the opportunity to launch or grow their private practice with support from Headway. This role involves conducting psychotherapy sessions, managing medication, and enjoying flexible scheduling while utilizing Headway's resources for insurance billing and marketing. Licensed practitioners are equipped to provide accessible mental health care while focusing on client needs and business growth.

Wage: Between $95-$122 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• LMHC / LPCMH / LIMHP
• LMFT / LMFTS / LCMFT
• LPC / LPCC / LCPC / LCPCS / LPCC-S
• LCSW / LICSW / LCSCW
