The Role

We are seeking Lifecycle Marketing Managers to tactically support growth and engagement for new clients. This is a great opportunity to collaborate with leading brands and contribute directly to their customer lifecycle success. Contract projects typically range from 10-40 hours per week , depending on client needs and project scope.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client Lifecycle Marketing teams to build campaigns from the ground up and optimize existing programs across multiple internal and external tools.
• Conduct thorough QA to ensure a high level of campaign quality and accuracy.
• Manage timelines and prioritize competing requests for campaign launches.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams on campaign troubleshooting and system optimizations.
• Analyze performance and provide strategic, ad-hoc recommendations to enhance channel and campaign results.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on campaign-building experience, from brief through launch.
• Proven ability to QA large, multi-channel campaigns targeting multiple audiences.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with creative, data, and engineering teams.
