Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and bilingual Insurance Service Team Member fluent in Spanish and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and ready to deliver exceptional customer service. You will play a critical role in supporting our clients’ needs, processing policy changes, handling inquiries, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
