Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and bilingual Insurance Service Team Member fluent in Spanish and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and ready to deliver exceptional customer service. You will play a critical role in supporting our clients’ needs, processing policy changes, handling inquiries, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Sell personal and commercial lines of insurance External prospecting & marketing New business quotes & sales Commercial and farm/ranch sales Servicing existing and new policies Policy changes Claims follow‑up Provide excellent customer service to policyholders, answering questions and resolving concerns promptly Assist with policy changes, claims processing, and billing inquiries Maintain accurate client records and documentation Support the sales team with administrative tasks and client follow‑ups Stay up-to-date on insurance products and services Requirements: Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) Must be willing and able to obtain a Property & Casualty license within 3 weeks of hire Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software What We Offer: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Comprehensive training and support to obtain your insurance license Opportunities for career growth and advancement A positive, team-oriented work environment Monthly and yearly bonuses (including a paid cruise) Uncapped commission Job type: Full-time Pay: From $16.00 to $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week Licenses & Certifications: Property & Casualty License (Preferred) Life & Health Insurance License (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Bountiful, UT 84010 (Required) #J-18808-Ljbffr American Family Insurance
