The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) position involves providing mental health support through a flexible private practice, either remotely or in-person, while leveraging Headway's resources for insurance credentialing and billing. Clinicians can manage their own schedules, grow their caseload, and enhance their practice with marketing support. Headway aims to streamline the process for both clinicians and patients, ensuring accessible and affordable mental healthcare.

Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Wage: Between $95-$122 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:
