About the Intern Program:

The OCC Internship Program provides students with the real-world skills to successfully transition into a career in the financial services industry. As an intern, you will help lead projects that help shape the future of OCC. This person will apply their skill set and knowledge toward tackling designated projects. This is an exciting opportunity to have a true impact on the company by designing and implementing solutions for real challenges facing the business. Here's what we're looking for:
Projects and Responsibilities:
Ad hoc projects for Legal department attorneys to support various processes.
Legal research and analyses to support Legal's provision of advice to stakeholders.
Development of presentations for training and cross-departmental collaboration.
Candidate Qualifications:
Law school student
Rising second year or third year preferred
What knowledge and skills will the intern gain from this internship?
Will gain knowledge and work with all teams on projects related to our various processes (including Litigation, Employment/Benefits, Regulatory Exams, Clearing Member Disciplinary Actions, Regulatory/Rule Filings, Contracts, Office of the Corporate Secretary, etc.).

Salary Range
$25.00 - $25.00Incentive Range
This position is eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award, for which the target range is listed above (see Incentive Range ). The amount of such award, if any, will be based on various factors, including without limitation, both individual and company performance.
