Our client is a leading intellectual property law firm seeking a skilled Legal Assistant with strong experience in patent preparation, prosecution, and litigation. This is a hybrid position, offering a blend of in-office and remote work flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive legal support for both patent prosecution and litigation matters
Prepare and file legal documents with the USPTO, TTAB and courts
Manage deadlines, docketing, and correspondence
Assist attorneys with case management and client communications
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in patent support work and/or litigation
Strong knowledge of USPTO procedures and electronic filing systems
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management software
