Job Title: Junior Copywriter

Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Copywriter to support our client’s brand and content team. This hybrid, temporary position based in West Chester, PA, focuses on developing engaging copy for streaming platforms, digital marketing initiatives, and various internal departments. The ideal candidate is a versatile writer who thrives in fast-paced environments and can produce content aligned with brand voice and strategy.

Compensation:

• $29.00–$30.00/hour (based on a maximum bill rate of $42.00/hour)

Work Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET preferred
• Assignment duration: July 28, 2025 – December 30, 2025

Key Responsibilities of the Junior Copywriter:

• Write and edit episode and series descriptions for a major streaming service
• Refine AI-generated content to meet branding, style, and platform specifications
• Proofread and edit copy for digital marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Marketing, Merchandising, QA, and Legal to ensure messaging accuracy and compliance
• Maintain consistency in voice, tone, and style across multichannel content
• Support brand initiatives and creative projects as needed
• Manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving content environment

Qualifications and Skills for the Junior Copywriter:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or a related field
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with content management systems and SEO best practices
• Experience with video commerce, eCommerce, or streaming platforms is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
