Job Description

Position Title: Janitorial Worker

Wage: $15.00 per hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Worker to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in both factory and office areas. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping spaces clean, safe, and organized. Janitorial Worker Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and production areas
- Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in office and industrial spaces
- Clean windows, walls, and surfaces as needed
- Restock cleaning supplies and restroom items (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.)
- Monitor and report maintenance or repair needs
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
- Perform deep cleaning and special projects as assigned

Janitorial Worker Requirements:
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, especially in industrial or office settings
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Dependable with good attendance
- Ability to work independently and take direction when needed
- Ability to pass QPS and company screening process
