JOB DESCRIPTION
A large clean energy client is seeking an IT Manufacturing Support Technician. This role is ideal for technical experts who thrive under pressure, enjoy solving problems, and excel in dynamic environments. The IT Manufacturing Support Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of manufacturing lines and supporting the client’s mission to accelerate the transition to sustainable energy.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a desktop support or system admin role.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on Windows machines. Experience with troubleshooting printers, barcode scanners, handheld radios, and digital signage. Ability to troubleshoot basic client-side network issues (DHCP, DNS, Static IP).
Availability for swing shift, weekends, and on-call support.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience with Linux support.
Experience with network hardware support.
DevOps experience.
Compensation :
$45/hr to $50/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
