Job Description
Our Client is looking fodr a Director of Information Technologies to joing their growing team. This person is responsible for planning designing and implementing organization-wide information systems and technologies. Other responsibilities include research, development and application of new information system technologies to support the goals of managing and operating the organization.
Qualifications
- 10 years of IT Director Experience managing multiple teams.
- 5 years of progressive information systems management experience preferably in a health care field.
- 8+ years of Oracle Finance experience, with 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Finance
- 10 + years of experience in leading and managing team
- Project experience and Subject Matter of Expert in Oracle Fusion Cloud modules Finance, HR and Supply Chain
- Excellent communication and presentation skills required
- Proven record of working with senior business leaders in developing technology roadmaps and strategies
- Cross-module experience with Oracle Fusion Supply Chain and Projects Costing is a plus
- Experience in delivering IT solutions on time and on budget
- Experienced in Agile methodologies and their implementations in ERP package solutions
- Good working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance architecture and administration
- Exceptional customer service orientation and collaboration skills
- Oracle Financial Certifications preferred
Responsibilities
- Directs the utilization of information system resources and plans, designs, and implements organization wide information systems and technologies.
- Solution all functional aspects of Oracle Cloud implementation/support for Finance and Supply Chain modules
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT management to innovate operations and provide a competitive advantage through technology
- Conduct independent analyses and reviews of technical and business requirements, leveraging expertise in technological alternatives and directions.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of Finance and Supply chain solutions
- Responsible for daily support of Oracle Cloud SaaS Application modules and third-party systems, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

- Investigate new technologies and propose strategies to meet long-term business objectives, adjusting product architecture as needed
- Collaborate and guide application support team on innovative solution and business requirement
- Plan, manage and support Finance module enhancements and operations
- Plan and manage operational changes to the application portfolio driven by business events, process improvements, bug fixes, or software releases
- Lead communication with internal staff and 3rd party service providers as required
- Design and manage Regression testing of applications as required
- Tracks and fully documents change for functional and business specifications; writes detailed universally understood procedures for permanent records and for use in training.
