Our company delivers exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As part of our team, we are looking for an Insurance Customer Service Representative who can contribute to maintaining this high standard of service. As part of our team, your responsibilities include overseeing client accounts, addressing inquiries, and delivering tailored insurance solutions . You must possess strong multitasking abilities and thrive in a collaborative team setting . The ideal candidate has outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine willingness to assist others are essential qualities. You do NOT need a Property and Casualty License or insurance experience to apply.

No prior experience with insurance? No problem! Well help you navigate through the world of insurance.

Are you patient, results-driven, and have a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service? Great! We want to hear from you! This position presents a fantastic chance for individuals who are starting their career journey and aiming to acquire valuable experience within the insurance industry. The preferred candidate should have face-to-face sales/customer service experience. You do NOT need a Property and Casualty License or insurance experience to apply. Entry-level applicants can expect a base salary of $30,000+ Per year. This position allows you to make commissions and bonuses (referrals).

If you have experience in customer service within the insurance industry and are seeking new opportunities, this is the right place for you. A valid Property and Casualty License is required, along with a strong understanding of insurance coverage. Persuasive communication and relationship-building skills are also necessary. The base salary for the position is $37,000 - $43,000+ per year depending on experience. This position allows you to make commissions and bonuses (referrals).

Responsibilities
  • Enhance customer and business relationships by establishing loyalty and trust.
  • Ask specific questions that provide the most relevant information to ensure correct solutions.
  • Create insurance quotes tailored to the individual needs of the client.
  • Continue to look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell/account rounding.
  • Help clients understand and navigate their insurance policies. Be available to address any questions or concerns they may have regarding their insurance plans.
  • Utilize various computer systems for daily transactions, take premium payments, review, update, and make policy changes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.
Requirements
  • Property and Casualty License Required. Willing to consider candidates with no insurance experience. Will reimburse 100% for licensing.
  • 1+ years of face-to-face sales/customer service experience (phone sales, real estate, banking, inside or outside sales, luxury retail sales, collection agencies, car sales, lenders, servers, bartenders)
  • Basic computer software knowledge, plus experience with data entry, typing, and using a multi-line phone system.
  • Possessing the ability to work autonomously, arrange tasks according to their importance, and collaborate in a team-oriented setup.
  • Demonstrate professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication.
  • Tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations with empathy.
