Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Insulation Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing various types of insulation materials in residential and commercial buildings. As an Insulation Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring proper installation techniques, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities:

• Install insulation materials, including fiberglass, cellulose, spray foam, and other types, according to project specifications and industry standards.
• Measure and cut insulation materials to fit spaces accurately, ensuring complete coverage and optimal thermal performance.
• Seal gaps, cracks, and openings in walls, ceilings, and floors to prevent air leakage and improve energy efficiency.
• Use tools and equipment safely and effectively, including insulation blowers, spray guns, cutting tools, and safety gear.
• Collaborate with team members and contractors to coordinate insulation installation activities and meet project deadlines.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks of injury or accidents on job sites.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including cleaning up debris and disposing of waste materials properly.
• Perform quality inspections of completed installations to verify compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns and ensuring satisfaction with completed work.
• Keep abreast of industry developments, new insulation products, and installation techniques through ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in all types of insulation installation required. Construction experience a plus.
• Knowledge of insulation materials, tools, and installation techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in measuring, cutting, and installing insulation materials.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• OSHA certification or willingness to complete safety training.
• Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and promoting a culture of safety in the workplace.
