Job Summary

As an Instructional Support and Curriculum Developer, you will work on-site in Gaylord MN (occasionally in Chaska, MN) and remotely from your home office creating training curriculum on a variety of subjects related to employment in the manufacturing sector. You will also be working closely with the rest of the team to ensure that the needs of staff and clients are met and that all programs are aligned with the project mission and goals. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of educational principles, excellent communication skills, previous experience working with subject matter experts to create training curriculum, and experience coordinating events and workshops.

Responsibilities 

  • Work with subject matter experts and other team members to create training curriculum on a variety of topics
  • Work closely with other team members to prepare existing curriculum in a computer-based-training format
  • Create training support materials using Micro Soft programs
  • Coordinate training events

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the training/education field
  • Fluency in Micro Soft programs and computer-based training platforms
  • High degree of professionalism and basic understanding of the curriculum development process
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-starter with a high degree of independence
  • Previous work in a manufacturing setting is very beneficial
