Inside Sales Representative

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and closing sales primarily through phone, email, and virtual communication. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from prospective customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM system
• Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle
• Collaborate with sales managers and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous inside sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
