What You'll Do:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to perform at their best.
Track and report on sales performance, spotting opportunities for improvement.
Streamline and strengthen the sales administration process.
Coordinate projects, ensuring deadlines are met with precision and urgency.
Work closely with customers to build engagement, trust, and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales, finance, and legal requirements.
Roll up your sleeveshandling customer inquiries, order details, and follow-up activities with accuracy and speed.
