The Informatics Technical Specialist II role is a remote position with up to 80% travel to client sites, preferably located in Denver, CO. The individual will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of the AlinIQ Digital Health applications. This client-facing role requires excellent communication, critical thinking, and soft skills to ensure high client satisfaction. Responsibilities include understanding diagnostics laboratory workflows and related technologies, implementing, configuring, training, and supporting laboratory information systems, executing project work plans, configuring and integrating products to customer specifications, providing customer support, maintaining project documentation, participating in meetings, and traveling up to 80% of the time. The role requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Medical or Hospital Informatics or related disciplines, with 1-3 years of experience preferred in diagnostics laboratory informatics applications or comparable experience. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, Oracle Database experience, EPIC Software experience, Abbott product knowledge, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and innovation.
