How you'll contribute
An Infection Preventionist who excels in this role:
Performs and reports surveillance studies using risk stratification and appropriate benchmarking for evaluation of data or ratios. Uses basic statistical techniques to describe data.
What we're looking for
Ideal candidates will have active state license as a Registered Nurse. Will consider candidates with previous Infection Prevention experience with Master's in Public Health (MPH), certified Medical Technologist, or a bachelor's in microbiology or epidemiology.
5+ years of experience in a hospital setting or disease surveillance experience in public health setting required.
