Position Overview The HVAC Controls Project Manager will oversee and manage multiple HVAC control projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with clients, estimating project costs, developing bids, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of building management systems (BMS) and building automation systems (BAS).
Key Responsibilities - Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of HVAC controls projects.
- Prepare accurate estimates and bids for project costs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop project proposals.
- Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, specifically in HVAC controls.
- Strong knowledge of building management systems (BMS) and building automation systems (BAS).
- Experience in estimating and bidding projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
