HR Analyst (onsite)
This onsite, immersive rotational program will give you direct exposure to core areas of Human Resources - including People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Analytics - all within the context of a firm that thrives on precision, speed, and innovation.
You'll be working alongside world-class HR professionals and business leaders to understand how exceptional talent is hired, supported, and scaled in a fast-moving hedge fund environment . Upon successful completion, you'll transition into a permanent HR role tailored to your strengths and the firm's strategic needs.
